Combining 2 staple foods, black rice brings the natural purple color into this loaf. The color is elegant! The texture is amazingly soft and tender, thanks to the moisture and stickiness of black rice with coconut oil.
Whether cooking at home or dinning in a restaurant, when deciding what to eat for today’s lunch/dinner, I wonder if you had similar indecisive situation: Do I want to have rice or bread with my chicken today? There we have, this is a bread with rice!
I make this loaf quite often, I just love its flavor. It’s a wonderful choice of salad and sandwich bread. In particular, add a wonderful natural purple color into your meal, I’m sure it will also bring you good appetite!
