Avocado is a super ingredient, also, a super food itself! Its texture and flavor are one of the kind, outstandingly unique, and very flattering to go with many ingredients.
Without any seasoning, avocado itself tastes wonderfully delicious! I really can understand that it is one of the most popular ingredients. I really can imagine that many dishes made by it.
This recipe is inspired by the concept of avocado guacamole. In the foundation of avocado puree, adding any kind of ingredients you like is a marvelous adventure (such as adding different herbs, fruits, vegetables, etc)
Here without cilantro and garlic, I’m adding tomato, onion, and mango! A fruity version displaying bright colors: green, red, white, and yellow.
Not exactly any culinary skill required, just chop, mix, and enjoy!
I serve it with my handmade whole wheat bread, this avocado toast is a healthy choice of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack. Super versatile.

|tomato||1/2 cup (one tomato)||150 g|

|bread of your choice||4~6 slices||300 g ~ 400 g|
|reference||1 cup = 240ml||1 tbsp = 15ml, 1 tsp = 5ml|

- dice tomato
- dice onion
- chop mango into small chunks
- mash avocado
- avocado base: add lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, salt, and chili flakes (optional) into mashed avocado, give it a good seasoning
- dices and chunks: add tomato, onion, and mango, mix all together
- enjoy it with a fresh toast or any bread of your choice, you’ll love it!
